0002: I Ann Stanbrough of Henley upon Thames in the County
0003: of Oxon Spinster do make publish and declare this to
0004: be my last Will and Testament in manner and form
0005: following (that is to say) First I Give and Bequeath unto
0006: my Cousins Frank Dinah and Poll Boury twenty pounds
0007: a piece Also I Give and Bequeath unto Mrs Ann
0008: Pear Mrs Ellen Mason and Mrs Ann Webb twenty
0009: pounds a piece and to Mrs Elizabeth Brookland the
0010: sum of five pounds all which said Legacies I direct shall
0011: be paid by my Executors herein after named within three
0012: Months next after my decease And I Give and Bequeath
0013: unto my Friend Mrs Elizabeth Curtis one Annuity or
0014: yearly Sum of thirty Pounds for and during the term of
0015: her natural life and I do hereby Charge all and every of
0016: my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments with
0017: the payment of the said Annuity and do direct the same
0018: to be paid by four equal quarterly payments (that is to
0019: say) on Michaelmas Day Christmas Day Lady Day and
0020: Midsummer Day the first payment to begin and be made
