0002: I James White of Henley upon Thames in the County of Oxford
0003: Carpenter being of sound mind memory and understanding do
0004: make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in
0005: manner and form following (that is to say) First I give and
0006: bequeath unto my Son Featherstone White his Executors
0007: Administrators and Assigns all my Leasehold Messuage or
0008: Tenement with all and singular the Appurtenances thereto
0009: belonging situate in the Parish of Henley aforesaid in the
0010: Manor of Rotherfield Grayes held by Lease of the Lord of the
0011: said Manor To hold to the said Featherstone White his Ex[ecut]ors
0012: Administrators and Assigns for and during all the remaindeer of
0013: Term and Interest I have therein charged and chargeable
0014: nevertheless and I do hereby expressly charge the same with
0015: and to the payment of the sum of thirty pounds a piece to my
0016: Children James White Mary Bermight and Elizabeth Hall
0017: which I do hereby give and bequeath to them respectively
0018: payable out of the said Messuage and premises Whereas I
0019: now have some Money placed out upon Government Securities
0020: in the Stocks Now I do hereby dispose thereof as followeth (that
0021: is to say) I give and bequeath unto my said Son James White
0022: the sum of forty pounds part thereof to my Son Featherstone
0023: White fifty pounds part thereof and to my Daughters Mary
0024: and Elizabeth the sum of ten pounds a piece and after payment
0025: of the said several Legacies I give and bequeath the Remainder
0026: of the said Monies in the Stocks unto my said Children James
0027: Featherstone Mary and Elizabeth to be equally divided between
0028: them share and share alike And all the rest and residue of my
0029: Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind
0030: soever both real and personal I give devise and bequeath the
