0003: Coal Merchant being sick and weak in Body but of
0004: sound and disposing Mind Memory and Understanding
0005: Do make publish and declare this to be my last
0006: Will and Testament in manner and form following
0007: (that is to say) I give and devise all those two
0008: Freehold Messuages or Tenements Gardens Hereditaments
0009: and Appurtenances thereunto belonging situate lying
0010: and being on the North side of New Street in Henley
0011: upon Thames aforesaid and now in the Occupation of
0012: my-self and Mr Giles and also all other my Freehold
0013: Estates that I may die possessed of unto my Dear Wife
0014: Elizabeth Harris her Heirs and Assigns for ever Also I
0015: give and bequeath unto John Deane of New Street in
0016: Henley upon Thames aforesaid the Sum of Four Shillings
0017: a Week of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid
0018: him every Saturday by my Executrix herein after named
0019: out of my Personal Estate for and during the term
0020: of his natural life the first payment to be made
0021: and begin on the first Saturday next after my
