| 0014: | paid Item I give unto my two daughters Frances and Mary All that

| 0015: | Messuage or Tenement wherein I now live Scituate and being at

| 0016: | Northfeild End in the parish of Henley upon Thames aforesaid and

| 0017: | also the Orchard Garden Backside Close of ground and other app[ur]ten[an]ces

| 0018: | belonging to the said Messuage or Tenement and all other my Freehold

| 0019: | Estate whatsoever or wheresoever To have and to hold the said

| 0020: | Messuage or Tenement and premisses with their and every of their
|
| 0021: | appurtenances unto my said two daughters Frances and Mary their

| 0022: | Heirs and Assignes for ever as Tenants in Common and not as Joynt

| 0023: | Tenants Item all the rest and residue of my personall Estate whatsoever

| 0024: | and wheresoever (after my debts and Funerall Expences are paid and
|
| 0025: | discharged I give unto my said two daughters Frances and Mary to

| 0026: | be equally divided between them Share and Share alike Item I constitute

| 0027: | and appoint my said daughter Frances full and Sole Executrix of this

| 0028: | my Last Will and Testament And my will and meaning is that my

| 0029: | said daughter Frances shall deduct and keep to her self out of my

| 0030: | personall Estate all such Sum[m]e and Sum[m]es of money as she shall lay

| 0031: | out expend pay or be putt unto for the proving of this my Will or
|
| 0032: | in repect of her being made my Executrix or of any Actions or Suites

| 0033: | which shall or may happen to be brought com[m]enced Sued or prosecuted

| 0034: | by or against her as Executrix of this my Will Item I constitute and

| 0035: | appoint my freind Jonathan Sayer of Henley upon Thames aforesaid

| 0036: | Gentleman and my loving Brother Ellis Avery to be Overseers of

| 0037: | this my last Will and Testament desiring them to be aiding and

| 0038: | assisting to my Said Executrix in performing this my Will and

| 0039: | getting in my personall Estate I also Constitute and appoint the

| 0040: | said Jonathan Sayer and Ellis Avery Guardians to my said two

| 0041: | daughters during their respective minoritys and my Will and

| 0042: | meaning is that the said Jonathan Sayer and Ellis Avery shall

| 0043: | not be answerable or accountable the one for the other or for the

| 0044: | Acts or Receipts the one of the other but for their respective Acts

| 0045: | and Receipts only Item I Revoake all Wills by me at any time
