| 0015: | in Duke Street in Henley upon Thames aforesaid now in the Tenure or Occupation of John Claydon with

| 0016: | the Yard and Stable thereunto belonging now or late in the Tenure or Occupation of John Byles together with

| 0017: | All Ways Waters Watercourses Easements profits Commodities Hereditaments and appurtenances to

| 0018: | the Same Messuages or Tenements Hereditaments and premisses belonging or in any wise appertaining

| 0019: | And all other my Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever To Hold the Same and Every part thereof

| 0020: | Unto and To the Use of the said Frances Guy her Heirs and Assigns for Ever All the Rest Residue
