| 0002: | Thames in the County of Oxford Malster Do make and Ordain this |
| 0003: | my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is |
| 0004: | to say) First and principally I commend my Soul into the Hands |
| 0005: | of Almighty God my Creator hoping for Salvation through the |
| 0006: | alone Merrits and Mediation of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ |
| 0007: | and to inherit Everlasting Life and my Body I commit to the Earth to |
| 0008: | be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix herein after |
| 0009: | named and as for my worldly Estate (which God in his great |
| 0010: | Mercy hath bestowed upon me) I dispose thereof as followeth |
| 0011: | Imprimis I give devise and bequeath unto my loving Daughter |
| 0012: | Elizabeth Prat All that my Messuage or Tenement Lands and |
| 0013: | Hereditaments scituate and being in Watlington in the said County of |
| 0014: | Oxford heretofore in the Possession of John Strange and now in the |
