At their ages of twenty one years, the capital and remaining interest to be shared between my sons but should they all have died by their ages of twenty one, then my wife to receive these funds.

0002: I Henry Riggs of Henley upon Thames in the County of Oxford
0003: Malster being at present indisposed in Body but of sound Mind
0004: Memory and Understanding being willing to settle my Affairs make
0005: publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner
0006: and form following In the first Place I ratify and confirm the
0007: Settlement of Five Hundred Pounds I made on my Wife on my
0008: Marriage with her and do give to her over and above the same
0009: all the Furniture in my Dwelling House at Henley aforesaid
0010: and also all my Billett that shall be at my said Dwelling
0011: House at Henley aforesaid at the time of my decease I give
0012: to the two Daughters of my Brother John Riggs the Sum of
0013: five Pounds between them And to my Brother William Riggs
0014: to my Brother Daniel Riggs to my Sister Rebecca Puffett to
0015: my Sister Elizabeth Drew the Sum of five Pounds each to be

The codicil provides for the possibility of a posthumous child of the testator;  in which case that child to be included with the three sons on the same basis as specified in the provisions relating to the trust.
