0003: in the County of Oxon Malster being not well in body but of a
0004: sound and perfect mind and disposeing memory thanks be
0005: given to God therefore and calling to mind the certainty of
0006: death and the uncertainty of the time when and to avoid all disputes
0007: which may happen after my decease as farr as in me lyes doe
0008: make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner
0009: and Forme following (that is to say) First I commend my Soul
0010: into the hands of Almighty God who gave it trusting to obtain
0011: Salvation through the Meritts death and Passion of Jesus
0012: Christ my ever blessed Saviour and Redeemer and my body
0013: to the Earth from whence it came to be decently buryed at
0014: the discretion of my Executrix herein after named and as for
0015: my Worldly Estate which God in his Mercy hath bestowed
0016: on me I dispose thereof as Followeth Imprimis I give devise &
0017: bequeath unto my Son William Simons imediately after my
0018: decease All and singular that I have to do with the Parsonage
0019: together with all my Corne Hay Horses Chattles Waggons
