0003: County of Oxford Victualler being of sound and disposing
0004: mind memory and understanding Do make and ordain this
0005: my last Will and Testament in manner and form following
0006: that is to say First I commend my Soul into the hands
0007: of almighty God who gave it and my Body I commit
0008: to the Earth to be decently interred at the discretion
0009: of my Executrix hereinafter named And as to the worldly
0010: Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me I dispose
0011: thereof in manner following (that is to say) First I give
0012: and bequeath unto my beloved Brother Robert Gooday
0013: all my wearing apparel of what nature or kind soever
0014: All the Rest and Residue of my Estate and Effects whatsoever
0015: and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever I give
0016: and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Ann her Executors
0017: and Administrators to and for her and their own use and benefit
0018: And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint her my
0019: said Wife Ann sole Executrix of this my last Will and
