0004: last Will and Testament in manner and form following
0005: Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my Son John
0006: Stevens and his Heirs and Assigns for ever All
0007: those my two Messuages or Tenements with the
0008: Malthouse Granarys Yards Gardens Stables priviledges
0009: profits and Appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging
0010: and enjoyed or in any wise appertaining situate standing
0011: and being on the North side of Hart Street in Henley
0012: upon Thames aforesaid between the Messuage and
0013: Hereditaments of my Son Francis Blandy on the east
0014: side thereof and the Messuage or Tenement and
0015: Hereditaments of John Shepherd now in the Possession
0016: of John Eaglesfield on the West side thereof Item
0017: All the rest & residue of my Estate wheresoever and
0018: whatsoever after my Debts paid and funeral
