0002: I John Toovey of Henley upon Thames in the County of Oxford
0003: Grocer being sick and Weak in Body but of sound Mind Memory
0004: and Understanding (thanks be given to Almighty God for the
0005: same) being willing to settle my Affairs do make publish and
0006: declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form
0007: following (that is to say) in the first place I give and Bequeath
0008: to my Maid servant Ann Terry the Bed Bedding and all the
0009: Furniture in the Room where she lyes I also Give and Bequeath
0010: to her the said Ann Terry the Sum of ten pounds a Year to be
0011: paid unto her Yearly and every Year during the term of her
0012: natural Life by Quarterly payments clear of all deductions
0013: whatsoever the first Payment thereof to begin and be made
0014: at the End of the three Months after my decease And with the
0015: payment thereof I hereby expressly charge all my Estate
0016: whatsoever I also give and bequeath to the said Ann Terry
0017: the sum of five pounds to buy her Mourning All the Rest and
0018: Residue of my Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give
0019: devise and bequeath to my dearly beloved son John Toovey
0020: his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever And
0021: I hereby Constitute and Appoint my said Son John Toovey full
