I give to my brother James Pitts of Henley eighty pounds a year of my Bank Long Annuities in trust for him to receive the income from them for his lifetime and after his death they shall be transferred to my granddaughter Ann Pitts provided she has reached the age of twenty two years. If she has not reached this age at his death, this income shall be applied for her maintenance until she reaches the age of twenty two when the annuities shall be transferred to her. If she does not reach the age of twenty, the annuities shall form part of the residue of my estate.
