| 0006: | to my Trusty Friend Edward Backhus of the Parish of

| 0008: | those Messuages or Tenements Situate lying and being near

| 0009: | the Pound on Gravilly Hill in the Town of Henly upon Thames

| 0010: | in the County of Oxon aforesaid with all the Appurt[enance]s thereunto

| 0011: | belonging the one in the Possession of Francis Blackall and the
|
| 0012: | other I now live in and all the Rents and Profits arising

| 0013: | therefrom I Give to the aforesaid Edward Backhus his heirs

| 0014: | Executors Adm[inistrat]ors or Assigns for their Sole use and property

| 0015: | untill they are fully Satisfyed for all the Sums of Money they

| 0016: | have or Shall Disburse for my Use And then I Give and

| 0018: | Appurt[enance]s thereunto belonging aforesaid in manner and form

| 0019: | as followeth And First I Give to my Son Richard Henwood

| 0020: | All that Messuage or Tenement I now live in with the

| 0021: | Appurt[enance]s thereunto belonging for the Sole Use of him and

| 0022: | his Heirs Executors and Adm[inistrat]ors or Assigns And I likewise Give

| 0023: | and bequeath to my Daughter Sarah Cobham her Heirs

| 0024: | Executors Adm[inistrat]ors or Assigns All that Messuage or Tenement

| 0025: | now in the possession of Francis Blackall aforesaid for their

| 0026: | Sole Use and property I likewise Give to my Son Richard

| 0027: | Henwood and his Heirs my best Bed and all the Furniture

| 0028: | thereunto belonging And all the rest of my Household
