I give the property in Henley upon Thames in which I now live, and which I purchased since making my will, to my son Robert Lovegrove until his daughter Sarah Lovegrove reaches the age of twenty one at which time it passes to her for her natural life. After her death, the property passes to her first-born legitimate son and his legitimate issue (or, failing any such issue, to the eldest of her surviving later-born legitimate sons and his legitimate heirs). If she has no such sons, then it is to pass to her surviving daughters (in equal shares as tenants in common if more than one) and their legitimate issue (or, failing such issue, to the natural heirs of Sarah Lovegrove).
