I also give to George Hyde and Richard Rickford my property in New Street in Henley upon Thames which I bought from Mr Joseph Jackson in trust for her lifetime and immediately after her death as she shall direct in her will, or, failing this, to her natural heirs. Neither the pecuniary legacy nor the property nor income from it shall be subject to the control of her present or any future husband.
