(The will does not say how many lives or state clearly that it is held of the Duke of Boulton)

0003: Spinster Doe make publish and declare this my last Will and
0004: Testament in manner and form following and First and
0005: principally I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God
0006: trusting through the merits and mediation of my Lord and Saviour
0007: Jesus Christ to have remission of all my Sins and to be made
0008: partaker of Everlasting Life And my Body I committ to the
0009: Earth to be decently buried in the Church in Basing Stoke in
0010: the County of South = hampton by my Executors hereinafter
0011: named And as for my worldly Estate which the Lord hath
0012: bestowed upon me I dispose therof as followeth Imprimis
0013: I give and devise unto my dear Sister Elizabeth Barefutt
0014: all my Estate right title and interest whatsoever of in and to
0015: all that Messuage or Tenement Farm Lands and hereditaments
