0002: I Thomas Minn of Henley upon Thames in the County
0003: of Oxford Stone Mason Being Weak of Body but of sound
0004: and disposing mind memory and understanding do make
0005: and ordain my last Will and Testament in manner and form
0006: following that is to say First I commit my Soul into the hands of
0007: Almighty God who gave it hoping for Redemption through the
0008: Merits of Jesus Christ and my Body I commit to the Earth
0009: to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executrix herein
0010: after mentioned and as to my Worldly Estate and Effects
0011: wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me I dispose thereof
0012: as follows First I give and devise unto my beloved wife Mary
0013: Minn her heirs and Assigns for ever All my Reversionary
0014: Estate and Interest (expectant on the Death of my Mother)
0015: of and in those two houses situate in Bell Street in Henley
0016: upon Thames aforesaid one of which is now in my own
0017: occupation the other in the occupation of Miss Mary King
0018: Millener with the Yards Gardens Hereditaments and Appurt[enance]s
0019: to the same belonging And all my Estate Right Title and
0020: Interest thereto and also all other my real Estate whatsoever
