To: Andrew Lovejoy (Son)

I charge the properties in Hart Street and Rotherfield Greys given to my son Simon Lovejoy with the payment of forty Shillings yearly to my son Andrew Lovejoy for Andrew Lovejoy's lifetime to be paid in equal instalments of the feastdays of the Annunciation of the blessed Virgin Mary, St John the Baptist, St Michael the Archangel and St Thomas the Apostle, starting on the first of these days to occur after my death, free from any deductions. I also charge the property on the south side of Hart Street given to my son Thomas Lovejoy with the annual payment to Andrew Lovejoy of forty shillings on the same terms.
