Mary Banister to Mary Maskall | Fifty pound a year annuity, bedding and furniture
To: Mary Maskall (Servant)
The rest of my clothing I give to my servant Mary Maskall provided she is living with me at the time of my decease. I also give her fifty pounds a year of my bank short annuities for the remainder of the term to come and also her bed and bedding, four bedroom chairs, a small table and a good bureau provided she shall be in my service at the time of my decease. If she is not in my service at that time, then I give the fifty pounds a year to Sarah Williams and Mary Winch in equal shares.
