To: Nelthorpe Gymingham ; Thomason Gymingham (Sons)

I give to my two sons Nelthorpe Gymingham and Thomason Gymingham my two meadows comprising about fourteen Acres, commonly called Summer Leazes, in Remenham in Berks, now occupied by Joseph Sills and James Herne and which I recently bought from the Mayor and Corporation of Henley, as tenants in common. If my two Sons should die before they reach twenty one, without leaving lawfully-begotten heirs, then I give these two meadows to my cousins Anne Fitters, Jasper Fitters, Sarah Fitters, Thomas Fitters, James Fitters and Silver Fitters and Catherine Rusden as tenants in common.
