To: Rebecca Keene (Daughter)

To my executors, Daniel Sarney of Rotherfield Greys and John Laxton of Henley, and the survivor of them, all my leasehold property in Dorchester, in Oxfordshire, in trust,  to use the rents and profits from the property for the benefit of my daughter Rebecca Keene for her lifetime and after her death to pay the  rents and profits to my grandson William Keene, son of Rebecca Keene, for his life My executors shall invest One hundred pounds and pay the interest to my daughter Rebecca Keene for her lifetime and after her death to share the one hundred pounds and accrued interest amongst Rebecca Keene's children as shall be living at the time of her death, except William, as follows - Thomas Keene, grandson, Ten pounds plus interest due and Robert Keene, grandson, Ten pounds plus interest due and the balance of Eighty pounds and interest due to be shared between my granddaughters Residue of estate to be held in trust subject to the same provisions as above for the one hundred pounds
