To my nephews, William Matthews and Joseph Matthews the remaining two thirds of all my property, and malthouse, in Henley, and the property on the west side of the Market place in Reading, and the three Little Gardens in Vastons, Reading (held by lease from John Blagrave) for their heirs for ever.  The properties to be charged with the payment of the legacies to George Matthews and Mary Andrews.
