To my wife Elizabeth Smith my woodland, roughly 35 acres, in Hambledon, Bucks, known as Adam's Wood and Bottom Wood, for ever subject to a mortgage and an agreement between myself and James Pitt for the sale of a small part of the woodland.  I also give my wife, the remaining term in my half share in two leasehold properties in Market Street, Newport Market, Westminster, for ever. I also give my wife the rest and residue of my property.
