Thomason Dike Gymingham to Nelthorpe Gymingham and Thomason Gymingham | Ground rents in St Martins in the Fields

To: Nelthorpe Gymingham ; Thomason Gymingham (Sons)

Whereas my late father in law Richard Nelthorpe (in a deed of 14 July 1721) assigned to Edward Nelthorpe and Henry Nelthorpe his interest in certain ground rents in the parish of Saint Martins in the Fields in Middlesex called Clarendon Ground in trust that they should apply the proceeds from these to his daughter Rebecca Nelthorpe, who married me and has since died, the interest in these ground rents is now vested in me. I now give this interest to my two sons Nelthorpe Gymingham and Thomason Gymingham as tenants in common.
