I give to my sons John Mason and Richard Mason and my daughters Elizabeth Mason and Ann Mason all my property both real and personal, estate and effects not herein before given for the use my said sons John and Richard and my daughters Elizabeth and Ann, their heirs, to be equally divided between them.  From and after my death until my daughter Ann Mason reaches the age of twenty one years, my executor shall manage the estate and fortune of my daughter Ann Mason for her use and benefit and to lease all or any part of her estates and to invest in stocks or improve by other means at his or their discretion, all or any part of the monies belonging to my daughter Ann or arising from her estates and pay her for all such income as shall arise from her estates, monies and fortune when she reaches the age of twenty-one.

0005: this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following
0006: (that is to say) First I give and bequeath my Soul to
0007: Almighty God who gave it and my Body I commit to the
0008: Earth to be decently Interred at the discretion of my Executors
0009: herein after named and as to my Worldly Estate and Effects
0010: wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me I dispose thereof
