To: Elizabeth Staverton (Daughter)

I confirm the settlement I have made on my daughter, Elizabeth Staverton after the death of her mother, Ann.  I also give to my daughter, Elizabeth, and to her heirs, all my copyhold estates in Hurst, Berks, now occupied by John Sharp. My daughter has already been admitted to them.  I also give to my daughter, Elizabeth, and to her heirs, my freehold estate, late "Mannings" in Hurst, Berks, adjoining my copyhold estates and is in the occupation of John Bulbrook. I also give to her an annuity of £60, to be paid in 2 equal half yearly payments during the lifetime of her mother and within 6 months of my death.  I also give to her to be shared equally with her sister, Ann Mathews, any residue from the annuities I have given if her mother has not made any provision for this.
