To Richard Pope, senior, surgeon of Henley, my freehold estates in Countess's Garden and Abrahams, Hog Lane, Henley; and after the death of my servant Elizabeth Harman, my two houses in Phillis Court Lane; my freehold estate in Fingest, in the occupation of William Denham and Richard East, and my woodland; an annuity of ten pounds per annum on the death of Ann Harman; the dividends on forty pounds Annuities on the death of Elizabeth Harman; one hundred pounds for his trouble as my executor, and all the residue of my estate.
