To my cousin Mary Benwell, the daughter of my Brother in Law Henry Benwell,  my property in Stanwell in the County of Middlesex for life and after her death to the lawfully begotten heirs of the said Mary Benwell (if any) and if there be none then, immediately after her decease, the said property should return to my heirs.
