To: Elizabeth Moor (Daughter)

For my daughter Elizabeth Moor,  I confirm the settlement of the Ensum estate (believed to be worth eight hundred pounds); and the residue of my estate to be shared equally with my daughter Mary Newell.  However, should the value of my bequest to my other daughter Mary Newell (money and estate at Bisham) exceed eight hundred pounds, then Elizabeth shall be entitled to take any difference from my residue before it is shared by my two daughters, so that both daughters have equal fortunes.
