0002: Button of Henley upon Thames in the County of Oxford Yeoman
0003: being willing to Settle my affairs do make Publish and declare
0004: this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to
0005: say In the first Place I give and devise to my dear and loving
0006: Wife Mary Button all my Estate whatsoever lying and being
0007: in the Parish of Wargrave in the County of Berks To hold to
0008: her and her Assigns for and during the Term of her natural Life
0009: and after her decease I give and Devise the same to and amongst
0010: such Child or Children as I shall beget on the Body of the said
0011: Mary my Wife and their Heirs and assigns forever as Tenants
0012: in Common and not as joint Tenants and for want of such Child
0013: or Children I give and devise the same to Jane Rockall Spinster
0014: of Remenham in the County of Berks and to her Heirs and assigns
0015: forever and all the rest and residue of my Estate and Estates
0016: whatsoever and wheresoever both real and Personal which I
0017: shall die possessed off Interested in or intituled unto and not
0018: hereinbefore by me given or disposed off I give devise and
0019: bequeath to my said Wife Mary Button and to her Heirs Executors
0020: Administrators and Assigns forever and do make and ordain
0021: my said Wife full and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and
0022: Testament and do revoke all former Wills by me heretofore made
