All and my property farm and lands called Satwell Farm in the occupation of Edward Sarney with the woodlands adjoining and also all the property and lands rented by me of Thomas Armstrong at Hymor in the Parish of Rotherfield Grays and also the property with the lands belonging in the occupation of William Harrison in the parish of Rotherfield Peppard and also two properties at Minigrove in the Parish of Bix in the occupation of William Hathon and Henry Wells with the woodlands together with all rights to my brother Richard Ovey for life and after death all properties to my nephew Thomas Ovey, son of Richard Ovey, but if he dies under the age of 21 and without issue then to the next son of my brother Richard Ovey and if no son then amongst my daughters of my said brother Richard Ovey as tenants in common and if no son or daughter of my brother Richard who live to 21 or have issue then to my brother Richard Ovey and the person in possession of the estate allowing the widow of my brother Richard Ovey (if alive) the yearly sum of twenty pounds payable half yearly
