I give to my kinsman and his wife, John and Elizabeth Dee, my property in Duck Street Henley upon Thames between that of Daniel Bland on the north side and the house now in the occupation of William Benwell on the south side, immediately on my death. I also give to Elizabeth Dee £20 to be paid by my executor, John Dee, within one year of my decease.

I give to my kinsman Thomas White £10 to be paid within a year of my death on condition he makes no trouble amongst any of my legatees. Should he make trouble then he is to have only one shilling no matter what else is in my will. I also give to Thomas White and his son my silver cup.
