I give to my wife Mary all my properties in Wooburn Heath or elsewhere within Buckinghamshire for her lifetime and after her death they pass to my daughter Rebecca and, if I have any after-born children, then in equal shares between her and them.  If my daughter or any such after-born children should die before reaching the age of twenty one without leaving issue, that child's share shall be divided equally amongst the survivors.  If Rebecca and all other after-born children should die before reaching twenty one without leaving issue, then I give these properties to my brothers Joseph Waring and William Waring and my sister Mary Lamley, wife of William Lamley of Bloxham in Oxfordshire in equal shares as tenants in common.

I give to my daughter Rebecca and, if I have any after-born children, to her and them in equal shares, my properties in Shipston on Stour, Worcestershire.   If Rebecca or any such after-born children should die before the age of twenty one and without issue, then that child's share shall be divided equally amongst the survivors.  If they should all die before reaching this age and have no issue, then these properties should pass to my brothers Joseph Waring and William Waring and my sister Mary Lamley in equal shares as tenants in common.

0001: This is the last Will and Testament of me
0002: Richard Waring of Henley upon Thames in the County of
0003: Oxford Malster made whilst I am in an ill State of health but
0004: of a sound disposing mind and understanding as follows First of
0005: all I give devise and bequeath unto my Wife Mary All and
0006: every my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments scituate lying
0007: and being in or near Wooburn Heath or elsewhere within the County
0008: of Bucks with their and every of their Appurtenances To have and to
0009: hold the said Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments and every
0010: of them unto my said Wife Mary and her assigns for and during
0011: the Term of her natural Life and from and immediately after her
0012: decease I give devise and bequeath all and every the same
0013: Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses with their
0014: Appurtenances unto and to the use of my daughter Rebecca and to
0015: her Heirs and Assigns for ever and in case I shall have any

0099: bequeath the Sum of Twenty Pounds of like Money to and for the
0100: benefit of the Poor Members of the Society or Congregation of
0101: Protestant Dissenters called Quakers in Henley aforesaid Northend and
0102: Warburrow to be distributed in such manner and proportions and to
0103: such Objects as the Majority of the most Substantial People of the
0104: said congregation shall think fit Also I give the Sum of Twenty
0105: Pounds of like Money to and for the Benefit of the Poor Members
0106: of the Society or Congregation of Protestant Dissenters called
0107: Quakers at Shipston aforesaid to be distributed in such manner and
0108: proportion and to such Objects as the Majority of the most
0109: Substantial People of the said Congregation shall think fit Also
0110: I give to the Poor of the Parish of Henley aforesaid the sum of
0111: Twenty Pounds to be distributed in such proportions and manner
0112: as the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
0113: Parish shall think fitt and the Receipt of such Officers for the
0114: time being to be a sufficient Discharge to my Executors for the
0115: same Also I give to the Poor of the Parish of Shipston
0116: aforesaid the like Sum of Twenty Pounds to be distributed in such
0117: proportions and manner as the Church Wardens and Overseers of
0118: the Poor of the said Parish for the time being shall think fitt
0119: their Receipt to be a sufficient discharge to my Executors for
