0003: County of Oxford Grocer being of sound and disposing Mind
0004: Memory and Understanding do make and ordain this my
0005: last Will and Testament in manner and form following
0006: that is to say First I commend my Soul into the hands of
0007: Almighty God who gave it and my Body I commit
0008: to the Earth to be decently interred at the discretion of
0009: my Executors hereinafter named and as to the worldly
0010: Estate and Effects wherewith it hath pleased God to
0011: bless me I dispose thereof in manner and form following
0012: that is to say First I give and devise unto my beloved
0013: Wife Elizabeth Rickford all my Messuages Cottages or
0014: Tenements Hereditaments and all other my real Estate
0015: whatsoever and wheresoever To hold unto my said Wife
0016: and her Assigns for and during the term of her
0017: natural life and from and after the decease of my said
0018: Wife then I give and devise the same unto my sons
