My will is that my Executors shall pay to my beloved Wife Anne Chipp the sum of one hundred and twenty pound within twelve months of my decease or sooner if required.  Legacy is payable after the Executors have sold and disposed of all the real and personal estate and discharged all debts

My will is that my son Henry Chipp shall have two hundred pound and my working stock and to be paid him at the age of twenty-one years. Payment is subject to the Executors having sold and disposed of all the real and personal estate and discharged all debts.  Before the legacy is due the Executors are required to invest the money and pay the interest for the benefit of the child.  Should a child die before the legacy is paid, it is to be shared amongst the surviving children according to need at the Executors discretion.

0002: I Mathew Chipp of Henly upon Thames in the County
0003: of Oxon Maulster do ordain and declare this my last
0004: Will and Testament in manner and form following first I will
0005: that imediately after my decease that my Executors herein after named
0006: do sell and dispose of all my real and personal Estate for the good
0007: and benefit of my Children to whom by these presents I do order
0008: and give full power and absolute authority so to be done Item I
0009: Will that my Executor do gather up and get in all my Debts and
0010: pay and discharge all such Debts as I justly owe to any person and
0011: my funeral Charges and Expences Item I will that all my Estate
0012: and Substance whatsoever when sold and my Debts gathered up
0013: be put and placed out to use for the safest and best security and
0014: Interest they can and the moneys thereby ariseing to put the
0015: Children out to Nurse or apprentice them out with the same or other
0016: ways which according to my Executors Discretion seem best and also
0017: my Will meaning and desire is that with the Interest of my said
