0002: I Margery Skinner of Henley upon Thames in the County of
0003: Oxon Widow being of sound and perfect health and disposing
0004: Mind and memory thanks be given to God therefore and calling to
0005: mind the certainty of Death and uncertainty of the time when and to
0006: avoid all disputes which may happen after my decease concerning my
0007: Estate which I shall leave behind me do make and ordain this my last
0008: Will and Testament in manner following that is to say first I commend
0009: my soul into the hands of Almighty God [↑who gave it] trusting to obtain Salvation through
0010: the merits Death and passion of Jesus Christ my ever blessed Saviour and
0011: Redeemer and my body to the Earth from whence it came to be decently
0012: buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafternamed and as for
0013: that Worldly Estate which God in his mercy hath bestowed on me I
0014: dispose thereof as followeth Imprimis I give and devise all those my
0015: Lands lying and being in a certain Place called dirty bottom in the parish
0016: of Rotherfield Graies in the County of Oxon and now in the tenure or
0017: Occupation of John Williams the Elder unto my Grandaughter Mary

0019: Grandaughter shall happen to dye without Issue of her body then I do

0028: same Messuages or Tenements unto William Clarke son of my Nephew

0030: the said William Clarke the sume of twenty pounds and to my Neice
0031: Mary Clarke I give the like sume of twenty pounds and to Anne Clarke

0045: Messuage and Lands unto my aforesaid Neice Mary Clarke To hold
0046: to her and her Assigns untill my said Grandson Thomas Skinner shall
0047: attain his age of one and twenty years and when he shall have attained

0049: heirs for ever But if my said Grandson Thomas SKinner shall happen

0053: aforesaid Spinster the sume of twenty shillings to buy her a Ring and I
