Bequests
To: Mary Cluff (Servant)
To my servant, Mary Cluff, my coal, candles, wines and spirits in my house; and one hundred pounds. During her lifetime, Mary Cluff to receive the income and profits from my two houses and other investments and securities, and after her death my trustees to sell both houses and after investing the proceeds, to pay the interest and dividends to my sister Ann Carr and her husband William, equally for their joint lives. After their deaths, the monies and stocks to be shared equally between my nephews and nieces. Also to Mary Cluff all my black and grey clothes, plain muslin, linen, shifts, clothes, aprons and handkerchiefs.

0005: | uncertainty of this transitory Life do therefore make |
0006: | publish and declare this my last Will and Testament |
0007: | in manner and form following (that is to say) First I |
