To my servant, Mary Cluff,  my coal, candles, wines and spirits in my house; and one hundred pounds.  During her lifetime, Mary Cluff to receive the income and profits from my two houses and other investments and securities, and after her death my trustees to sell both houses and after investing the proceeds, to pay the interest and dividends to my sister Ann Carr and her husband William, equally for their joint lives.  After their deaths, the monies and stocks to be shared equally between my nephews and nieces.  Also to Mary Cluff all my black and grey clothes, plain muslin, linen, shifts, clothes, aprons and handkerchiefs.

0002: I Margaret Wickham of Henley upon Thames in the County
0003: of Oxford Widow being in Good Health and of sound and
0004: disposing mind memory and understanding considering the
0005: uncertainty of this transitory Life do therefore make
0006: publish and declare this my last Will and Testament
0007: in manner and form following (that is to say) First I
0008: desire that my Executors hereinafter named will immediately
0009: after my decease deliver all and every my wearing Apparel
0010: Laces Rings and Jewells to such person or persons as I
0011: shall name in any Testamentary or other Bit or Slip of
0012: paper for that purpose I give and bequeath unto my
0013: Old and Faithful servant Mary Cluff All my Coals Candles
0014: Wines and other Liquors of whatsoever sort or kind to
0015: and for her own use and benefit Also I give and
0016: bequeath unto the said Mary Cluff the sum of one hundred
0017: pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid to
0018: her out of my Estates within one Month next after my
0019: decease in liew and Full satisfaction of all Monies which
0020: I shall owe her at the time of my decease I give

0034: use of the said John Gregson and William Carr their
0035: Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns Upon the Trusts
0036: following (that is to say) In the first place to permit
0037: and suffer or otherwise to sufficiently Authorize and
0038: Impower the said Mary Cluff and her Assigns to have
0039: receive and take the Rents Issues dividends Interest and
0040: produce thereof for and during the term of her natural
0041: Life to and for her and their own use and benefit And
0042: from and after her decease Then Upon Trust that they
0043: the said John Gregson and William Carr and the Survivor
0044: of them and the Heirs Executors and Administrators of
0045: such Survivor do and shall as soon as conveniently
0046: may be after the decease of the said Mary Cluff sell and
0047: dispose of the said Messuages or Tenements and Furniture
0048: either by Public or Private Sale for the most Money and
0049: best Price or Prices that can be reasonably gotten for the
0050: same and out of the Monies arising from such Sale in the
0051: first place do and shall pay unto my Sisters Elizabeth
0052: Gregson and Alice Wilson the Sum of twenty pounds
0053: each of lawful Money of Great Britain and after
0054: payment thereof do and shall lay out and Invest the
0055: residue of the Monies arising from such sale or sales together
0056: with such other part of my Personal Estate as shall
0057: remain in their Hands in the Public Stocks or Funds or
0058: upon Government Securities not being annuities for Lives
0059: or determinable on a certain Number of Years or on
0060: real Securities at Interest Upon Trust to permit and suffer
0061: or otherwise to sufficiently authorize and impower my Sister
0062: Ann Carr and my Brother William Carr to have
0063: receive and take the Interest dividends and produce
0064: thereof equally between them share and share alike for
0065: and during the term of their Joint natural Lives and
0066: from and after the decease of either of them my said Sister
0067: Ann Carr or my said Brother William Carr Then to permit
0068: and suffer the Survivor of them to have receive and take
0069: the Interest dividends and produce thereof for and during
0070: the term of her or his natural Life But my Will is that
0071: if my said Brother William Carr shall at any time sell
0072: or otherwise dispose of his Interest therein Then I direct
0073: that the Right or Interest of my said Brother therein
0074: and thereto shall cease and determine and if my said
0075: Sister Ann Carr shall be then living then the whole of
0076: such Interest dividends and produce shall go and be
0077: paid to my said Sister Ann Carr for and during the
0078: term of her natural Life and from and after the decease
0079: of the Survivor of them or in Case my said Brother
0080: William Carr shall survive my said Sister Ann Carr and
0081: shall have disposed of his Interest therein Then Upon Trust
0082: to pay Assign transfer and distribute the said Trust Monies
0083: on the Stocks and Securities in which the same shall be
0084: Invested unto and amongst all and every my Nephews
0085: and Nieces who shall be then living Children of my Brothers
