I give to my brother James Pitts of Henley eighty pounds a year of my Bank Long Annuities in trust for him to receive the income from them for his lifetime and after his death they shall be transferred to my granddaughter Ann Pitts provided she has reached the age of twenty two years.  If she has not reached this age at his death, this income shall be applied for her maintenance until she reaches the age of twenty two when the annuities shall be transferred to her.  If she does not reach the age of twenty, the annuities shall form part of the residue of my estate.

0003: Gent[lema]n do make this my last Will and Testament in
0004: manner following Imprimis I Give unto my dear
0005: Brother James Pitts of Henley aforesaid eighty
0006: Pounds P[er] Annum part of my Bank Long Annuities
0007: In Trust Nevertheless for him my said brother to
0008: receive the dividends and produce thereof And retain
0009: the said dividends to and for his own use and benefit
0010: for and during the term of his natural life and after
0011: the decease of my said brother the aforesaid Bank
0012: Long Annuities shall be transferred to my Grandaughter
0013: Ann Pitts provided she is arrived at the full Age of
