I give to my cousin Mary Lawrance my property now in her possession in Northfield End in Henley upon Thames the property occupied by George Mellett on the North side thereof and the property of William Avery on the south side thereof, provided that she shall pay Joane Loyd my wife forty shillings a year for my wife's lifetime. After my wife's death the property shall belong to Mary Lawrance.
