I give to my cousin Mary Lawrance my property now in her possession in Northfield End in Henley upon Thames the property occupied by George Mellett on the North side thereof and the property of William Avery on the south side thereof, provided that she shall pay Joane Loyd my wife forty shillings a year for my wife's lifetime. After my wife's death the property shall belong to Mary Lawrance.

0003: the County of Oxon Hoopmaker being of a Sound mind and understanding
0004: do make Publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner
0005: and Forme following and first and Principally I commend my Soul into the
0006: hands of Almighty God who gave it me trusting through the Meritts and
0007: Mediation of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to have remission of all my
0008: Sinns and to be made partaker of Everlasting Life and my Body I committ
0009: to the Earth to be decently buryed at the discretion of my Executors herein
0010: after named and as for my Worldly Estate which the Lord [↑out] of his Mercy hath
0011: bestowed upon me I give and dispose thereof in manner following Imprimis
0012: I give and bequeath to my Cousin Mary Lawrance All that my Messuage or
