0003: Innholder being of sound Mind Memory and understanding thanks be
0004: give to Almighty God for the same do make ordain and declare this
0005: my last Will and Testament in Manner and Form following And
0006: First and principally I commend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty
0007: God who gave it trusting through the Meritts and Mediation of my
0008: Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ eternally to be saved and as touching
0009: my temporal Estate which God hath pleased to bless me with I give
0010: devise and bequeath the same as followeth vizt Imprimis I give
0011: devise and bequeath unto my affectionate Wife Elizabeth Havergill
0012: All that new erected Messuage or Tenement with the Garden
0013: Backside and other Appurtenances thereunto belonging scituate
0014: standing and being on the East side of a certain Street in Henley
0015: upon Thames aforesaid called North Street alias Bell Street and
0016: now in the Tenure or Occupation of Richard Weller To hold unto

0053: bequeath unto my loving Daughter Elizabeth Havergill the Sum of

0069: Sons and for want of Issue of my said Sons then to my Right

0073: I give devise and bequeath unto all my Children equally to be
0074: divided amongst them except only such of my Household Goods
0075: which my said Wife shall think fitting to choose for the furnishing
0076: of one Room for her own Use when ever she shall please to
0077: remove or to goe to live privately by her self which I do hereby

0079: and pleasure is that in case any of my said Children shall happen
0080: to dye without Issue before they or either of them shall receive

0084: of him her or them so dyeing shall goe to and be equally divided
