0007: Give for the use of the poor belonging to the Monthly Meeting
0008: of the people called Quakers of Henley and Warborough in
0009: the county of Oxford the sum of twenty pounds of lawful
0010: Money of Great Britain to be paid into the hands of Robert
0011: Ashby [↑Senior of Shillingford or in case of his death to his Son
0012: Robert Ashby] Junior for the said use I Give to my cousin Ann Lister
0013: Wife of Thomas Lister Tobacconist in Aldersgate Street
0014: London the sum of ten pounds of like lawful Money I Give

0062: decease all the Rest and Residue of my Goods Chattels
0063: and personal Estate unbequeathed my just debts and
0064: Legacies being duly paid and my Funeral Expences
0065: discharged I Give to my loving cousin Edward May
0066: aforesaid and I do hereby make and ordain the said
0067: Edward May sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
0068: and if it should happen by Losses or otherwise that my
0069: Estate should not be sufficient to pay the Legacies I have
0070: given in such case my Will is that each private Legatee
0071: shall make a proportionable abatement but what is
0072: given to the poor shall be paid in full and Lastly revoking
0073: all other Wills by me made do hereby declare this to
0074: be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the
0075: said John Emes the Testator have to this my Will
0076: contained in two sheets of paper set my hand and seal
0077: that is to say my hand to the first sheet thereof and
