0003: Body and of Sound and perfect mind memory and understanding Praised be
0004: God for the same calling to mind the uncertainty of this Life and the certainty
0005: of Death do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in Writing
0006: in manner and form following (that is to say) First and principally
0007: I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping for Eternall
0008: bliss thro' the alone merit and intercession of my Blessed Saviour and
0009: redeemer Jesus Christ and my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently
