0004: the Parish of Henly in Oxfordshire being of a sound mind
0005: and perfect memory thanks be given to Almighty God for
0006: the same calling to mind my own Mortality and
0007: knowing that tis appointed unto all Men once to die
0008: Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in
0009: manner and form following that is to say First and
