I give my entire estate to my wife Frances Pease, Robert Rowden of Henley upon Thames, Oxfordshire, wine merchant and John Ryley of Newington, Surrey, wine merchant, upon trust to invest in government or other good securities and to allow my wife to receive the income from them for her lifetime.  After her death, I give these to my daughters France, wife of Robert Rowden, and Martha, wife of John Ryley, in equal shares.

0002: in the County of Oxford Clerk do make this my last Will
0003: and Testament in manner following that is to say I direct
0004: that all my just Debts and Funeral Expences be fully paid
0005: and satisfied and all the rest residue and remainder of
0006: my monies Goods Chattels Estate and Effects of what
0007: nature or kind soever and wheresoever that I shall die
0008: possessed of I give devise and bequeath the same unto
0009: unto my dear Wife Frances Pease and to Mr Robert
0010: Rowden of Henley upon Thames in the County of Oxford
0011: Wine Merchant and Mr John Ryley of Newington in the
0012: County of Surry Wine Merchant and to the Survivors and
0013: Survivor of them and the Executors and Administrators
0014: of such Survivor upon trust to place out the same on
0015: Government or other Good Security and permitt and suffer
0016: my said Wife Frances Pease to Receive the Rents and
0017: Interest Dividends Proceeds and Proffits thereof for and
0018: during the Term of her natural Life to and for her own use
0019: and Benefit and from and after her decease then I give
0020: all the said rest and residue of my Estate and Effects and
0021: all Sum and sums of Money to arise thereby and therefrom
0022: and all Interest Dividends and Proffits thereof unto my two
