| 0004: | that all my just Debts and Funeral Expences be fully paid

| 0010: | Rowden of Henley upon Thames in the County of Oxford

| 0011: | Wine Merchant and Mr John Ryley of Newington in the

| 0012: | County of Surry Wine Merchant and to the Survivors and

| 0013: | Survivor of them and the Executors and Administrators

| 0014: | of such Survivor upon trust to place out the same on

| 0015: | Government or other Good Security and permitt and suffer
|
| 0016: | my said Wife Frances Pease to Receive the Rents and

| 0017: | Interest Dividends Proceeds and Proffits thereof for and

| 0018: | during the Term of her natural Life to and for her own use

| 0019: | and Benefit and from and after her decease then I give
|
| 0020: | all the said rest and residue of my Estate and Effects and
|
| 0021: | all Sum and sums of Money to arise thereby and therefrom

| 0022: | and all Interest Dividends and Proffits thereof unto my two

| 0023: | Daughters Frances the Wife of the said Robert Rowden and

| 0024: | Martha the Wife of the said John Ryley equally to be

| 0025: | divided between them Share and Share alike to and for their

| 0026: | own use and benefit and I do hereby make and appoint the

| 0027: | said Robert Rowden and John Ryley joint Executors of
