A Richard Whiteseed was buried at St Mary's 5 November 1713. In place of the usual Probate clause there is a note in Latin dated 14th December 1714 saying that the named Executors, Samuel and Richard Darby, were under age and Samuel Darby the elder, as their Guardian, swore to administer the Will on their behalf
