To my nephew Harry Barnfield and Hannah his wife, my property on the south side of Hart Street in the occupation of John Mellet which I bought from William Harris Wadley; and my property on the north side of Friday Street in the occupation of Thomas Green, for their respective lives and after the death of the survivor, the properties to go to their heirs and in default of such issue, then I give the two properties to my nephews John Neville, Thomas Neville and James Barnfield and my nieces Ann and Mary Barnfield, the sons and daughters of my sister Barnaby Barnfield, equally to be divided between them for ever as tenants in common.

To Anna Maria Avery my property situated near the Bridge in Henley and adjoining the Parsonage House now in the occupation of William Tripp and which I bought from Mr. Blackman, for her life and after her death, I give the property to my nephews John Neville, Thomas Neville and James Barnfield and my nieces Ann and Mary Barnfield to be equally divided between them for ever.

0004: but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding
0005: (praised be God) do make publish and declare this my
0006: last Will and Testament in manner and form following
0007: that is to say my Soul I commend to Almighty God
0008: who gave it hoping for Redemption through the Merits
0009: of my blessed Saviour Jesus Christ and my Body I
0010: commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the
0011: discretion of my Executors hereinafter named And as
0012: to such worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased
0013: God to bless me I dispose thereof as follows I give
0014: and bequeath to my Nephews John Neville and
0015: Thomas Neville two of the Children of my late
0016: Sister Barbara Barnfield the Sum of Five Pounds apiece
0017: for the trouble they will have as Executors of this my
