I give to my wife Elizabeth Dee the two properties in Friday Street in the parish of Rotherfield Greys, now occupied by William Gale and William Berris for her natural life and from her decease I give the properties to my daughters Elizabeth Rakestraw and Sarah Dee after, subject to the payment of ten pounds given to my daughter Mary Tayler one month after the decease of me and my wife
